为什么收不到提醒通知？
Why am I not receiving reminder notifications?
请按以下步骤检查：
Please check the following:
- 打开系统“设置” → “通知” → “打电话了吗”，确认“允许通知”已开启
- Open Settings → Notifications → Call Home?, make sure “Allow Notifications” is on
- 确认手机没有开启“专注模式”或“勿扰模式”屏蔽通知
- Make sure Focus or Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications
- 在 App 设置里点“模拟提醒”，5 秒后查看是否能收到测试通知
- In the app's Settings, tap “Simulate Reminder” to see if a test notification arrives in 5 seconds
提醒是每天都响吗？
Will I get a reminder every day?
不是。从该联系的那天起，每天早上 9 点提醒一次，最多连续提醒 14 天；当你标记“今天打过了”或拨通电话后，剩余提醒会自动取消，并按你设置的间隔安排下一轮。
No. Starting from the due date, a reminder fires at 9 AM each day for up to 14 days. Once you tap “Called today” or complete a call, remaining reminders are canceled and the next cycle is scheduled based on your interval.
通知上的“今天打过了”按钮怎么用？
How do I use the “Called today” button on the notification?
在锁屏或通知中心长按或下滑通知，即可看到“今天打过了”按钮。点击后无需打开 App，系统会在后台自动记录本次通话时间并安排下一次提醒。
Long-press or pull down the notification on the lock screen or Notification Center to reveal the “Called today” button. Tapping it logs the call and schedules the next reminder in the background — no need to open the app.
提示音可以换吗？可以试听吗？
Can I change or preview the reminder sound?
可以。在添加或编辑联系人时可以选择 5 种铃声（经典叮咚、清脆铃音、温和提示、活力音阶、柔和和弦），每段约 10 秒。点击声音右侧的喇叭图标可试听，再点一次停止。
Yes. When adding or editing a contact, choose from 5 sounds (Classic, Crisp Bell, Gentle, Lively Scale, Soft Chord), each about 10 seconds long. Tap the speaker icon to preview and tap again to stop.
换手机了数据怎么迁移？
How do I move my data to a new phone?
所有数据保存在本机。若你通过 iCloud 备份恢复到新手机，数据会一并迁移；通知提醒会在首次打开 App 时自动重新调度。
All data is stored locally. If you restore from an iCloud backup to a new phone, your data comes with it; reminders are rescheduled automatically the first time you open the app.
App 会收集我的数据吗？
Does the app collect my data?
不会。联系人姓名、电话号码和通话记录全部只保存在你的设备上，App 不联网、不注册账号、不含广告、不含任何第三方追踪。详见我们的隐私政策。
