为什么步数一直显示为 0？
Why does my step count stay at 0?
请按以下步骤检查： Please check the following:
  1. 打开系统“设置” → “隐私与安全性” → “运动与健身”，确认“常回家看看老人版”的开关已开启
  2. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness and make sure the switch for Come Home Often (Elder Edition) is on
  3. 确认 iPhone 本身能记步：打开“健康”App，查看“步行+跑步距离”是否有数据
  4. Confirm your iPhone tracks steps: open the Health app and check whether “Walking + Running Distance” shows data
  5. 走动几步后回到 App，稍等片刻再查看；数字会自动刷新
  6. Walk a few steps, return to the app, and wait a moment; the number refreshes automatically
家人怎么才能看到我的活动？
How can my family see my activity?
只需要一次扫码配对： It only takes one scan to pair:
  1. 让家人在手机上安装并打开《常回家看看》App
  2. Have your family install and open the companion app Come Home Often
  3. 您打开本 App 首页的“我的二维码”，家人用《常回家看看》扫码添加即可
  4. Open “My QR Code” on your home screen and let them scan it from the companion app
  5. 配对完成后，您的步数、爱心等活动会自动同步给家人查看
  6. After pairing, your steps and hearts are synced automatically for them to see
家人那边数据没有更新怎么办？
My family's data is not updating. What should I do?
  • 确认手机已连接网络（Wi-Fi 或蜂窝数据）
  • Make sure your phone has network access (Wi-Fi or cellular)
  • 回到首页点“同步上传”，看到“数据已同步”即表示上传成功
  • Return to the home screen and tap “Sync Now”; “Synced” means the upload succeeded
  • 网络不稳定时 App 会保留数据并在后台自动重试，无需反复操作
  • If the network is unstable, the app keeps the data and retries automatically in the background
  • 若家人仍看不到，请其在《常回家看看》中下拉刷新或重新进入家人的详情页
  • If your family still sees nothing, ask them to pull to refresh in the companion app or reopen the family member's detail page
“给儿女发爱心”是什么？怎么用？
What is “Send Hearts to Your Children”?
想孩子的时候，点首页红色爱心卡片进入“给儿女发爱心”页面，用手指点一下屏幕，就会有一颗爱心飞起来，同时告诉家人“您想他们了”。点多少次就送多少颗，页面底部会显示今天已送出的爱心数，爱心会同步到家人的 App 里。 When you miss your children, tap the red heart card on the home screen, then simply tap the screen — a heart floats up and lets them know you're thinking of them. Each tap sends one heart, the bottom of the page shows how many you've sent today, and the count syncs to your family's app.
换手机或卸载 App 后数据还在吗？
What happens to my data if I switch phones or uninstall the app?
本机数据保存在手机上，卸载后会被清除。重新安装会生成一个新的二维码，请家人重新扫码即可继续关注；更换手机前，建议先通知家人。如果您需要清理旧手机对应的服务器历史数据，请发邮件联系我们协助处理。 Local data lives on your phone and is erased when the app is uninstalled. After reinstalling, a new QR code is generated — ask your family to scan it again to continue. Before switching phones, we suggest telling your family first. If you need us to clear the old server history, email us and we will help.
App 会收集我的哪些数据？安全吗？
What data does the app collect? Is it safe?
App 只记录您的步数、打开次数和发爱心数量，并使用一个随机匿名编号进行同步，不收集姓名、电话、通讯录、照片或位置，也没有广告和第三方追踪。传输使用加密连接。详见我们的隐私政策。 The app only records your steps, app-open count, and hearts, synced under a random anonymous ID. It collects no name, phone number, contacts, photos, or location, and contains no ads or third-party tracking. Transfers are encrypted. See our Privacy Policy.
老人版和《常回家看看》是什么关系？
How is the Elder Edition related to Come Home Often?
它们是配套的两个 App：本“老人版”装在父母手机上，自动记录活动；“常回家看看”装在子女手机上，扫码关注后即可查看父母的每日动态。两者搭配使用，关怀不掉线。 They are companion apps: the Elder Edition runs on your parents' phone and records their activity automatically, while Come Home Often runs on the children's phone — after scanning the QR code they can view the parents' daily activity. Together they keep the family close.
