I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → haircut and make sure "Allow Notifications" is enabled, with Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners all checked. The app uses Time-Sensitive notifications that can bypass Focus Mode by default.
Why is there no sound for notifications?
Check the Ring/Silent switch on the side of your iPhone (orange means silent). You can also preview ringtones by tapping the speaker icon on a member's detail page and make sure the volume is turned up.
How do I change the haircut interval?
Open a member's detail page and tap the interval section to edit. Any value from 1 to 365 days is supported.
Can I add multiple family members?
Yes. Tap the "+" button on the home screen to add a new member. Each person has independent haircut dates and interval settings.
Is my data uploaded to a server?
No. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or upload any personal information.
When do reminders trigger?
Reminders fire at 10:00 AM three days before and on the haircut day. Tapping "Done" on a notification automatically starts the next cycle from today.
